ContentChunky Service Agreement

SEO Content Creation & Publishing Services

1. Services

Provider will deliver the following SEO content services for Client's website:

1. SEO Article Creation: Provider will create original, SEO-optimized articles targeting keywords relevant to Client's business and location.
2. Website Template Matching: Articles will be styled to visually match Client's website design, including brand colors, fonts, and layout.
3. Tone Matching: Content will be written to match Client's brand voice as analyzed from their existing website copy.
4. Publishing: Articles will be published to Client's website or a ContentChunky-hosted page, as agreed.
5. Featured Images: Each article will include a professionally sourced featured image.

2. Deliverables & Volume

1. Provider will deliver 4 SEO-optimized articles per month (minimum 1,200 words each).
2. Client will receive a preview link for each article and has 48 hours to approve, request revisions, or reject.
3. Each article includes up to 2 revision rounds at no additional cost.
4. If Client does not respond within 48 hours, the article is deemed approved.

3. Pricing & Payment

1. Monthly fee: $997 USD per month, billed on the same date each month.
2. Payment is due on the billing date. Late payments beyond 7 days may result in service suspension.
3. No setup fees. First month's payment due upon signing.

4. Term & Cancellation

1. This agreement is on a month-to-month basis with no long-term commitment.
2. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice (email is sufficient).
3. Upon cancellation, Client retains ownership of all articles published to their website.
4. Unpublished articles in progress at time of cancellation will be delivered if substantially complete.

5. Content Ownership & Rights

1. Client owns all published article content outright after publication.
2. Provider retains the right to reference the work in their portfolio (without republishing full articles).
3. Client grants Provider temporary access to their website CMS for publishing purposes only.
4. Featured images are sourced under appropriate licenses (Unsplash, etc.) and are licensed for Client's commercial use.

6. Client Responsibilities

1. Provide accurate business information, target keywords, and any content preferences.
2. Provide CMS access credentials if articles are to be published directly.
3. Review and respond to article previews within 48 hours.
4. Ensure target keywords and topics are lawful and do not violate any advertising regulations applicable to their industry.

7. Limitations

1. Provider does not guarantee specific search engine rankings or traffic results. SEO is a long-term strategy influenced by many factors beyond content alone.
2. Provider is not responsible for changes to search engine algorithms that may affect article performance.
3. Articles are informational content — they do not constitute legal, medical, financial, or professional advice.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement, including CMS credentials, business strategies, client lists, and pricing.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved after 30 days, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the jurisdiction where Provider is registered.

10. Entire Agreement

This document constitutes the entire agreement between the parties. Amendments must be in writing and agreed by both parties.
